I'm serving my community by helping entrepreneurs

Many years ago when my healing journey began, I stepped onto a path and trajectory that would systematically change the course of my life. I went to a yoga class, and slowly began dismantling unhealthy behaviors, patterns and limiting beliefs. I began to take care of myself in a deeper way and it felt good.

Years passed and I was inspired to become a yoga teacher. The student was ready and the teacher revealed herself. A talent for guiding others blossomed, and so did my inspiration to coach. 

I launched Soul Meets Body Wellness in early 2020 as a resource for those struggling to manage life, health and work. Perhaps in the process of trying to do it all, they got sick like me. I felt a deep sense of responsibility to give people hope in the darkest of moments. I am very passionate about this work since it hits so close to home. If you or someone you know is struggling, and needs a wellness coach and ally, I am here.

As 2020 continued…

More clients reached out to me, but not just for health and wellness support. In came a surge of wellness practitioners, space holders and purpose based entrepreneurs that needed branding and marketing support. 

A little back story. I went to art school, studied design and eventually became a graphic designer and art director. I spent my entire professional career building brands, that were at times uninspiring. Now, I found myself positioned to help budding entrepreneurs and established business owners get their work out to the community.

A true AHA moment. 

I realized (and deeply felt) that I am here not only to help others struggling to feel good BUT also to help business owners grow so they can help others.

I am formally announcing the launch of my Branding & Marketing program, here to guide you and your business. This is a hybrid of 1:1 coaching & online modules that you can do at your own pace. The goal of this program is to provide you with foundational information every entrepreneur needs, and teach you practical tools. 

This is a jumping off point and a great place to start as you propel your business forward.
